Video demonstrations of set up and dialing land line using Ekiga?

I would be most happy if someone would post videos of how to:
-setup Ekiga
-dial an SIP number
-dial a land line
-configure webcams

I use recordMyDesktop which works pretty well.

setting up ekiga is easy, you just need an account(SIP account) which can procured from here
https://www.ekiga.net/index.php?page=register
configuring webcams is also easy. you just need to plug in the cam into USB and in ekiga shift to the video phone tab. if every thing fine you can see your own web cam in the window.
