Ekiga is just a SIP client. To use Ekiga you need a SIP account at a provider of your choice. The rates for call depend on the provider you choose.

If you register with diamondcard.us and you use your PC to make calls to Argentina, these will be the charges in Brazil money:

Argentina 54 0.057
Argentina, Buenos Aires 5411 0.031
Argentina, La Plata 54221 0.046
