when i get an incoming call and accept it it terminates abnormally.

Have Ubuntu 8.10 in an acer travelmate C112 TCi laptop. Have Ekiga installed and a SIP registered account. When i get an incoming call and accept it it terminates abnormally. What could be the reason?

There could be multiple reasons, but mostly network. Did you follow the network instructions to add the proper port to your port forwarding information (if you are behind a router)?

How is the call terminated? The same way every time? Do you get any error message (error codes)?

Thank you for the tip, it was a network problem. I changed the stun server and everything works now.
