Select video codec

This is probably a very stupid question, but how do I select the video codec I want to use?
In the configuration menu in Ekiga it only says "Protocoll - configuration for H.323", what if I don't want to use H323? To call a Kapanga with video i need to set-it to H263!

Hello,

With the version of Ekiga currently ship by Ubuntu, you cannot do that. It only has the H.261 video codec. You need Ekiga 3.0 to land in Ubuntu first. See this bug report:
