ekiga softphone

I tried configuration assistant of ekiga softphone and its page 5 requires NAT type but when I reach the page first a windows of detection in progress appears and next when this windows goes away, upon clicking on the page another window appears at the bottom of which it is written "STUN test result: port restrict" After this I cannot click on forward. How can I solve it Please help.
