How can I find someone to talk, what do I have to do ?, could you send some tips?

Do you want tips on making friends or tips on how to connect to others voip?

I can help you with the latter... Do you have a specific person who you are trying to communicate with?
If so you should first figure out whether you are using compatible applications (both on ekiga?) or if they are using a sip compatible device.

If so you will first need to register with a provider such as http://www.ekiga.net/ and configure Ekiga (software) to use their service...
