Voipbuster doesn't work with Ekiga on Ubuntu 11.10; neither on Jitsi

Voipbuster worked fine on Ekiga with Ubuntu 11.04, but with Ubuntu 11.11, it shows that it is connected but cannot call out. Just silence. Same problem with Jitsi. However, Voipbuster works fine with Empathy. Suggestions?

I went to Edit--Preferences--Sound and unmarked all the codecs except for PCMU and G722. That solved the problem. Now I can call out fine.
