503 service unavailable in twinkle

I configured my VOIP service in twinkle and getting this error, when I try to start it

" 503 service unavailable in twinkle "

any idea how to resolve this ?

I tried to configure the same on ekiga, but no luck. i have asked separate question for ekiga, but got no response yet.

by the way, I have installed ubuntu inside windows XP, can that possibly be an issue ?

503 means service unavailable. The server is being hit but the port number configured is not the right one. I suggest you double check settings.
