  [ Debian Janitor ]
  * Bump debhelper from old 12 to 13.
  * Set upstream metadata fields: Bug-Database, Bug-Submit, Repository,
    Repository-Browse.
  * Update standards version to 4.6.0, no changes needed.
  * Remove constraints unnecessary since buster:
    + Build-Depends: Drop versioned constraint on python3-astropy and
      python3-matplotlib.

  [ Georges Khaznadar ]
  * fixed #1010215: there was an error in tests/test_symbolic/test_tensor.py:
    sympy.lambdify's third argument may not be a symbol np, it must be
    the string "numpy"
