How do I find out what my moin ID is for the Ubuntu wikis (eg. wiki.ubuntu.com)?

I believe it is your launchpad.net account name.

Actually, its' not. I was however successful when I used the MOIN_SESSION value, which I obtained from the MOIN_SESSION cookie and added a line such as this to ~/.moin_ids:

https://wiki.ubuntu.com _VALUE_OF_MOIN_SESSION_COOKIE

Question answered, problem solved.
