launchpad eclipse package is abandoned?

I would like to know if this package has no maintainer anymore.

The eclipse of the Ubuntu repositories is the too old.
Someone can create a new .deb of the eclipse and add it to the jaunty repository?
I am really sorry if I am in the wrong place.

I can't contact saua..I try by the irc and his nick does not exist anymore.
If you check the lasts updates of the eclipse package you will see there's no update in almost a year.
The eclipse IDE (http://www.eclipse.org/) has newer versions and the ubuntu repository is too old.
Please ..someone who knows a way to update the ubuntu repository versions of eclipse do this... or can contact someone who can do this work.
