can't locate swt package for eclipse

Asked by rdtindsm

This may be more of a qustion for an eclipse forum, but this place is knowledgable.

I've recently decided to teach myself java, and got "hello world" to compile and run. Next step in their tutorial is a brief swt exercise.

They ask me to "Open your Web browser to http://eclipse.org/downloads/, navigate to the ECLIPSE PLATFORM project section, select the latest build, and find the SWT Binary and Source download."

Despite the seemingly simple instructions, I cant find a package that seems to to fit the bill, although I can find a number of downloads in other locations that refer to swt.

Can someone give me more explicit instructions.
Ubuntu 8-10, 32 bit
