installing an old release in Ubuntu 22.04.4

Hello, I'm want to install an older version of dynare in Ubuntu 22.04.4. Currently I have dynare 5.0, and I want to install the version 4.5.7

My goal is to use DynareOBC, which is not fully compatible with dynare 4.6.x and above, and they recommend to use 4.5.x.

How can I install 4.5.7?

The Ubuntu repositories provide only version 5.0-1build1 of dynare for Ubuntu jammy (22.04).
There is no officially supported way to install an older version.

If you want an older version, then you have to install it manually.

If DynareOBC does not work with current versions of Dynare, then this is not Ubuntu's fault, but should be discussed at the source of DynareOBC.
