open office spanish inside Ubuntu when Spanish instalation selected

Yo need install some packages
In Ubuntu with spanish language:

Go to Sistema/Administracion/Soporte de Idioma and check the spanish Language and select your default language (with your conuntry)
The sistem download the necessary packages for the translation : Open Office in spanish, firefox in spanish and other applications.

If you have already the Spanish packages open the open office go to Tools-> Options -> Language Settings- Languages.

instale toda la suite en español? Sin que el usuario tenga que ir a hacer
estos cambios?

Creo que no es posible, podrias crearte un disco con los paquetes en español necesarios para los programas que quieres otro idioma (como el paquete openoffice.org-l10n-es por ejemplo, q es el paquete de traducción al español de OpenOffice) y luego agregar ese disco de paquetes a los repositorios de las computadoras en donde quieres traducir la aplicación.
Como dato, cuando recién instalas Ubuntu y tienes conexión a internet, en la instalación se te pregunta si quieres bajar los paquetes de traducción de una vez desde internet, puedes usar esa opción también si es que estas recién instalado ubuntu en una computadora.

En realidad existe https://launchpad.net/venezuelaiso que esta trabajando para crear el CD con los paquetes en español.
