Ubuntu software center Install button is not highlighted
there are lots of list of unbuntu software center but its install button is disabled. so i am unable to install any software via software center plz help me somebody.I am new to ubuntu.

I am re installed software center via terminal and updated all packages tried lots of things but unable to enable it.

one hour before it was enabled ...but now after restarted it is agains disabled showing

and recommendation will appear when next online.....showing but last time when it was showing enabeled its recommendations were seeing

If you have software centre or Synaptic open then this will cause this issue. Only one system can access the packages at any one time.
If none are running and updates are not installing then run:
sudo fuser -vki /var/lib/
And kill the process accessing the lock file. The system should then update OK

i have restarte pc and run all above commands....
