Where is KDE documentation?

When I click on Help in many KDE applications I get a message saying that kde help files cannot be found.
 How do I download the help files for KDE?

When I click on Online help in many KDE applications I get a message that indicats the program can not connect to the internet
thru my DSL hookup. Do I have to install Konqueror to solve this? If so how do I install it?

I think you need do install kde-doc.

And in the last step is possibly you need konqueror.
