How are dokuwiki-addsite animals started/accessed????

I want to add several animals under my farm.

I can access http://x.y.z.w/dokuwiki

but when I run: dokuwiki-addsite something

I have no idea what the URL is to access it nothing I've tried works and I don't think anything will because I can't find any mod-rewrite rules in any apache config.

How do I enable and access a site created by dokuwiki-addsite?
