Docky Bookmark Docklet Opening Child Process

My Docky Bookmarks docklet has been working perfectly the last couple of weeks, but i recently opened one of my folders with the ubuntu movie player and now thats all it does. Every time I click on any of my Bookmark folders such as Documents, Downloads, or Videos, the folder is opened in movie player instead of opening in to the normal folder window. Any help on how to prevent this child process from opening would be greatly appreciated. I have tried reinstalling and such, but to no result.
