Why is minimalistic theme no longer there?

I loved the Minimalistic theme. I used it to grey out all inactive applications.
It creates an immediate overview of applications running (those still having color)
So why is it gone?

Minimalistic theme is no longer present by default, but I found it somewhere on the Internet and installed it. thank you
