dnscrypt-proxy package installs with old resolvers.csv

The dnscrypt-proxy package installs with an old dnscrypt-resolvers.csv. A script is included with the source code, which will retrieve the latest dnscrypt-resolers.csv:

Is it possible to have the package run that script before service startup? Can the package maintainers do it?
