Please update to 2.1.2

Hi, I am the developer of dm-writeboost.
Unfortunately, it's still 2.1.0 in Wily repository and I hope it will be updated to 2.1.2, the latest version.
From 2.1.0 to 2.1.2, there are bug fixes.
Dmitry Smirnov updated Debian package to 2.1.2 so please port it to Ubuntu.
Also I am happy if Xenial package updates to 2.1.2 from 2.1.1.
