How to encrypt login password and stored DB in OpenERPV6.0

Hi,
i have entered login password and stored in database but password is visible not encrypt...
my database used in client also but we are all seeing that password...we are changing that password so because lot of problem occur....how to solve this one...

if u once entered the password to convert encrypt type and store the database

any help....?

Looking at the internal python code, it appears to salt passwords too - which is critical.
