Why is discus not available in 20.04?

At the time when Ubuntu focal was published, there was only a version of discus available taht works with Python2. Meanwhile a python3-compatible version was developed, but too late for an inclusion in focal.

What can be done:
1. Create a bug requesting a backport of teh verison from groovy to focal
2. build your own version based on the source for groovy (either local or in a PPA)
3. manual download and install the version for groovy (will most probably work) http://launchpadlibrarian.net/479085085/discus_0.3.0-1_all.deb
