please update digikam in ubuntu 23.04

In (k)ubuntu 23.04 the version of digikam ist a beta version (8.0.0 beta1). It is not usable because it crashes when trying to create a new album (which is in common the first action you will do).
Please update to the current released version 8.0.0.

If the version that is currently available in an Ubuntu release exhibits errors which make it unusable, then please create a bug report with sufficient details.
