Very soft preview-images when using Konica Minolta RAWs

Asked by KyRo

Hi,

My problem is, that all thumbnail, preview and slideshow images built of Konica Minolta RAW-Files (Dynax 7D) appear very soften and have a blueish touch. RAWs from Canon-cameras seem to be alright. They are displayed in accurate sharpness and correct colour. Does anyone have had the same problem and knows a solution for that?

I know that digikam uses DCRaw for converting RAW-Files. So could it even be possible that this isn't a problem of digikam?

PS: Is there any way to save manipulations done on RAW-Files without export or override the file itself? (Like this is handled in RawShooter-Essentials)

greetings

Solved.

Wasn't actually a problem of digikam or dcraw but a problem of my RAWs/their integrated unusable thumbnails, which are used by digikam.
