digikam 1.2.0 available for lucid?

When will the new release of digikam (1.2.0) become available through the Lucid repository and how long does it usually take from the software to be released and it to be in the Ubuntu repository? Is there something one can do to speedup this process?

From a Lucid machine:

apt-cache policy digikam
digikam:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: 2:1.1.0-1ubuntu2
  Version table:
     2:1.1.0-1ubuntu2 0
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ lucid/main Packages

So I think the version will be 1.1.0 I believe in the Ubuntu repository, and as Ubuntu does not use a "rolling release" strategy, you'll probably have to find a PPA (or install using a third party DEB, source, bin, etc). I didn't look for more then a moment, but didn't see the new version in the two PPAs I checked, you can search on https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+ppas for a PPA verion if/when it is released.
