deleted dhcp3-client by mistake

deleted dhcp3-client by mistake, and currently have no internet access. how do I get it back to get the internet going again?
I think I need to use Synaptic but from CD, how to do so?

you can setup a static IP and then when you have an internet connection you can run:

sudo apt-get install dhcp3-client

By using a static IP you don't need a dhcp client....
