Are you certain the folder exists?

Also the information you give regarding the error, if that is the location the shortcut is looking for, you would need to alter it.

Yes I am sure,
folder is on good place and with good name but still it isn't work. I try it again and I found that Panel->Places not work any icon Home, Desktop, and my mount disk. This get still same(for every place different) error
"The file or folder /home/name/'file:/home/name/Desktop' does not exist." in Dolphin.
I don't know why is there associated Dolphin because before upgrade there was any other folder commander.
Is the address /home/name/'file:/home/name/Desktop right? I think that isn't.
