no entering connection with deluge torrent client

I just can't manage to download avi files using deluge as a Bittorrent client. The bottom line in the programme view says: "No entering connection", while the tracker status is: 1337x.org: Error: timed out. Can someone explain to me why this torrent download is stopped, using Deluge as my software, and how can I fix this problem and manage to download the files completely????

I have managed to solve this problem, by using another programme: Client Bittorent Transmission. Actually, this last torrent software is working much better in the Ubunt 11.10 context. Thank you, anyway.
