Need new homepage for Deluge, and the new blocklist URL (any )

I need the new homepage for Deluge... all I can remember is it had the word "info" in it, instead of deluge-torrent.org. That page no longer exists. Also, I need ANY url for the blocklist that will work. This is for Deluge 1.1.9 using Ubuntu 9.10
