Your whining because we havn't included a new version of a program in the repository.
Thing is, this is NOT the place to ask for new versions. GO look and see who is in charge of this software, and ask THEM to release it to the repositories.

Please take a look at the screenshot at http://monochromementality.com/data/phoo/2008_12_14/where-do-i-ask-then.jpg. It says pretty clearly that I should "File a bug" or "ask a question" before contacting the maintainer, who is listed as the MOTU list.

If you're correct and this is not the place, perhaps the suggestion that users ask questions be removed.

I did, please see my reasoning above as to why I used this method.

Debian actually has a maintainer listed, and I have contacted him asking if there's anything needed to push the release in Debian. Ubuntu doesn't list persons, and suggests different avenues (namely, here) and that's what I did.

In the event that someone has my same question, Deluge-torrent issues their own packages for i386 and AMD64 in current versions.
