Deluge no incoming connections

Asked by Ragnar

Ok, ppl, here's the problem. I have amd athlon 64 with Xubuntu Hardy. I've got deluge installed. Now the problem is that it gives me no incoming connections!
Now I forwarded ports in router (Siemens sl2-141 I have), both tcp and udp in both virtual server and firewall.
Still no incoming connections! Any1 got any suggestions?

On a router's webpage within Advanced tab 4th option is Virtual Server.

Well, removing encription did not changed any.
I have Desktop PC and Laptop which is connected through wireless.
Is there anything in OS itself I should look for? cuz opening ports in windows was never a problem,

If this pc is installed as dual boot pc Win+Ubuntu
Can you try Deluge for Windows
http://www.deluge-torrent.org/downloads.php
to check if it is an Ubuntu issue or conf problem or router problem.

Thank you
