I don't under stand this string F F10 10???

For F1-F19 type control and F then the digit 1-9\n
For F10 type control and F then the digit 0\n

Is it trying to say

Hold control+F and pres 1-9 for F1-F19
Hold control+F+0 for F10

No, it means press (that is, press and release) Control+F, and then press 1-9 for F1-F9 or press 0 for F10. "F19" is a typo for "F9" - I think there's a bug about that.
