debconf ldap driver

Trying to configure ldap driver issued in

Attempt to access disallowed key 'keybykey' in a restricted hash at /usr/share/perl5/Debconf/DbDriver.pm line 35, <DEBCONF_CONFIG> chunk 7

And it seems that other configurable settings for that driber are hot hashed and the driver can not be configured.

Where I can submit it as a bug? Where are some sources of howto setup ldap driver for debconf?
