Adding Dcraw to driver

Good morning. I am a hobby programmer and trying to write a camera driver. I was wondering if it is possible to add Dcraw to my driver and distribute it. I can't be sure the person using my driver will have the packages installed.

You can make it a requirement in the deb. The dcraw package will then have to be installed in order to install the deb
