  * Drop transition for old debug package migration
  * Build/test-depend on dbus-daemon instead of dbus.
    The dbus component required by this package's tests is dbus-run-session;
    it doesn't need a fully-featured system bus.
  * Move dbus_py_test module into public dist-packages directory.
    This is a workaround for #942720 in dh-python, which was lost in the
    move from Autotools to Meson.
