Want to know main difference

Hi! I use Antidote RX v7 (www.druide.com) that works well in Hardy with libdus-glib-1.so.2 but I've got some trouble after upgrading to Intrepid which have a newer version of libdbus-glib. So I juste replace this file : libdus-glib-1.so.2 with the one from Hardy.

So I'd like to know if there's a lot of change between the 2 files.

If you have Synaptic, you can check the changelog for the related packages by selecting the package, and selecting Package>Download Changelog from the menu.
Another method is to check http://packages.ubuntu.com/ and search it.
