Is Cyclograph importing all data?

When import GPX data which is 2.6GB, check [Use every point(discouraged)] and select full distance.
Display 6022 points in Cyclograph.

But check [Select the number of checkpoints], "the gpx file conteins 9947 points. Choose how many file imported.",select "9947" points,
Display 6022 points in Cyclograph.

check [Select the distance rate] and click [next],
 "The GPX file conteins a route of 82.791km Chouse what range you want between point.",select "0.001km",display 9947 points.

but open the GPX data in Atom and search trkpt tags, Atom find 25962 tags.

Why its difference occurred? and how can Cyclograph import all point data?
