You need HPLIP driver package installed.
Necesita tener instalado el paquete de controladores HPLIP.

Restart your computer, select print.
On the Print page look at the top and select your printer from the drop-down box.
Then click print at the bottom.
Reinicie su computadora, seleccione imprimir.
En la página Imprimir, busque en la parte superior y seleccione su impresora en el cuadro desplegable.
Luego haga clic en imprimir en la parte inferior.
