Missing Driver for Panasonic Printer.

Hi,

I have recently bought Panasonic: KX-MB772, and tried installing this on ubuntu 8.10, but this is not getting detected. Please can you guide me to a driver base which should help me get this working?

I had a quick webearch aound and the Panasonic website is less than intuitive. I would contact them directly via phone or email to ask of their Linux support.

If you can find a PPD for the printer, you can access http://localhost:631 and install it there but I was personally unable to locate a driver file myself. Sorry

I would presume xsane would be ok with this in a generic install.

Have you attempted to review this document? This would be step #1.

If this doesn't get it working, then post back the results of any of the steps you took and the appropriate error messages.
