epson printer tx 101 installation ubuntu 8.04

i am unable to install my epson tx 101 printer. the OS is automatically installing epson stylus 2500 driver but it is not working for my printer. In the database also i could not find drivers for Epson tx 101 printer.
any help is deeply appreciated.

i tried the link but i faced following problems
th url http://www.avasys.jp/lx-bin2/linux_e/spc/DL1.do. no longer available. secondly i couldnt find libltd17 for ubuntu 8.04 using synaptic

Try that link again (it works OK):

The libltdl7 (not libltd17) is not in the repository for Hardy Heron but is included in Intrepid Ibex.
