Have a Dell photo printer 720 can't get the thing to work? Da what do I need to do ????

I have tried all of the stuff on linux to try . I read somewhere that the lexmark Z 600drivers work but don't know for sure thanks guys and girls Otom

I use what ever ubuntu uses but I have tried them all it doesn't work works on windows but not linux I had a hp 1100 on it caught it right off the bat but its not doing the dell 720color printer thanks Otom

The Dell Photo Printer 720 is actually a rebranded Lexmark z600 printer.
