Canon MG3150 does not print in colour

My Canon MG3150 printer installed without problems on Kubuntu 12.04 (32-bit) but it only prints in black, it does not print in colour.

How did you install the printer driver?

I installed it through "System Settings" -> "Printer Configuration"

There are no Linux drivers listed on the Canon site either, its also not printing on openprinting.org

Yes, it does help, thanks.

I installed the official Canon drivers and I can now print in colour. An added bonus is that duplex printing also works now.

Can anyone explain how to set this printer up on a network with wifi, however?

The add printer dialigue has a network printer option. Just give Ubuntu its IP then set the driver. Have a go, it's not a puzzle
