Print Page Setup Two-Sided Droplist Options One-Sided only

Using Ubuntu 11.10, Gnome 2.32.1, Kernel 3.0.0-15, Cairo-Dock
HP Laser 1320.
On the File->Print->Page Setup Two-Sided Option, the Drop List has pulldown arrows, but only the One-Sided Option (1st option) appears. On the same Menu, Paper Type will only show Plain-Paper (1st option).

All other dropdown options (Pages per Side, Paper Source, etc.) show multiple and selectable options. It's only these two top-most dialoges on the same hoizontal row layout that would pull down.

I was using the recommended hpcups 3.11.7 driver. Switched to HP Laserjet 1320 Postscript. Had to shut down and restart LibreOffice, then the options appeared.
