Download the deb from here...

http://www.brother.com/cgi-bin/agreement/agreement.cgi?dlfile=http://www.brother.com/pub/bsc/linux/dlf/cupswrapperMFC7360N-2.0.4-2.i386.deb&lang=English_gpl

Install the just downloaded .deb file (usually the browser save it into Downloads directory ) so from terminal please type this commands:

cd $HOME/Downloads
sudo dpkg -i cupswrapperMFC7360N-2.0.4-2.i386.deb

then open the browser and visit this address:

http://localhost:631/admin

Click on “ADD PRINTER” then put your user login name and password when requested...

Select MFC-7360N and go on. Another printer list will be displayed. Look for “Brother MFC-7360N for CUPS (en)”
then click on ADD PRINTER.

Now there are some options, try as first to click on “SET DEFAULT OPTIONS”

Now your printer wolud be installed on your system try to go to system settings printers (if you are using Unity interface click on top right on your user name to see the menu "system settings"... )
