Can't install Canon PIXMA MX 410 printer

Is it possible to install a DELL photo 926 printer to the Ubuntu operating system? I can install it up to the point where I'm supposed to be able to print, but it only spits out a blank page.

I was trying to install either one, but I've been told the computer is not set up for printing, so thanks anyway.
