need a Canon printer driver

Where can I get a driver for my canon MP560. I have Linux Ubuntu on my Dell Inspirion laptop. Also, how do I download the driver. Thank you. This is an emergency as I have a paper to print right now and have spent several hours trying to do this.

Canon make some linux drivers. Did you check their site?

to your repository, open a terminal by press ctrl + alt + t then type:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:michael-gruz/canon
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ...
