Incompatible Printer Workaround

Asked by R K

I'm switching from Windows to Linux, but unfortunately my printer (Dell AIO 944) doesn't have any open source drivers. I was going to use Google Cloud Printing as a workaround solution, but I found out that they don't have Linux support yet. Any other ideas about some sort of workaround that I could employ to get things working?
