Which site isn't accepting credentials? The ubuntuforums are readable by anyone at anytime....

click the link that actionparsnip originally gave you. the site will load in your browser without having to give your name or email address. on the site, it has another link called avasys. you click on that link to get your printer/scanner driver. i tried it. the sites work just fine.

oh. if you have a browser add-on such as noscript, you might want to disable it, or change it so it will allow the site to load.
