connecting (mixed windows and Ubuntu) network shared printers

I have computers connected to and working on a wireless system that is connected to the internet. There is a mixture of windows 7 and Ubuntu operating system. How do i used printers attached to individual computers by the other computers

That will depend on what is the system of the host that will share the printer (if the printer is not a network printer).

One solution is setting up a printing server with one of your linux machines. For that you'll need to setup a CUPS server.

Then either linux or windows clients may connect to the shared printers via ipp (internet printing protocol) or if you co-install a samba server in that host you can also share the printers as windows shares.
